David W.Music

David W. Music received his BA in Music from California Baptist College, Riverside, CA, and his Master of Church Music and Doctor of Musical Arts degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, TX. He served as minister of music in Memphis, TN, and as professor of music at California Baptist College and at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Presently he serves as professor of church music at Baylor University, Waco, TX, where he has been on the faculty since 2002. His published compositions include anthems for choir, hymn tunes, and arrangements for keyboard, handbells, and recorder. He is married to Doris Kathleen (Fugate) Music, a public school music teacher. They are the proud parents of  three children.
