Some features in the new Attendance module are in different places from in Shepherd’s Staff 2018. Here is how to find the tools and utilities you need in the 2019 version.
New Location for Attendance Utilities
When we redesigned the Attendance module for Shepherd’s Staff 2019, we focused on centralizing features and making them easier to use. That meant moving certain utilities so users could get to them more quickly. In the new version, all Attendance-related utilities have been relocated to the Tools/Settings tab in the Attendance module.
How to Find Attendance Tools and Utilities
If you need to use an Attendance utility, like “Combine attendance for two people” or “Fix attendance posting mistakes”, here is how to find them:
- Log into Shepherd’s Staff.
- Open the Attendance module.
- Click on the “Tools/Settings” tab.
